Year 8 students at Rising Stars are having a wonderful time at Goxhill Meadows Farm this half term.
They have enjoyed learning how to safely handle the animals and practised using calm, appropriate voice tones around the ponies, goats, sheep, alpacas, horses, chicken and guinea pigs. It was fantastic hands-on experience that helped develop their confidence, understanding of animal care and respect for the animals’ needs
